This pre-hard state allows the steel to be used directly for mold processing without additional heat treatment, thus shortening the construction period. Processing performance: P20 steel has good cutting performance, polishing performance and welding repair performance, suitable for polishing and corrosion processing plastic mold processing. After forging and rolling processing, the tissue is dense and can pass 100% ultrasonic test, without stoma or needle hole defects.

DC53 steel is a high-quality cold-work die steel, which has the following characteristics:
Hardness: The hardness of DC53 can reach 62 ~ 63 HRC after heat treatment, which makes it excellent in terms of wear resistance and strength. Toughness: DC53 is twice as resilient as SKD 11, significantly reducing the risk of cracking and cracking, thus improving the service life of the tool. Processing: DC53 can reduce the residual stress after high temperature tempering, thus inhibiting the crack and deformation after wire cutting processing.
