SKD 11

SKD 10 steel is a high carbon, high chromium type of lystenite cold-made mold steel, its characteristics include: 12 High hardness: SKD 10 has high hardness, can work in high temperature, high pressure, high load conditions and not easy to wear or deformation.

High toughness: The high toughness of SKD 10 makes it not easy to break when impacted, bending and other loads, thus improving the service life of the die.

Good wear resistance: SKD 10 has superior wear resistance, even under high speed and high load conditions, it can still maintain good surface quality and accuracy.

Strong fatigue resistance: SKD 10 has strong fatigue resistance, can effectively prevent the die in the long working process of fatigue crack, to ensure the stability and safety of the die.

Good quenching ability: SKD 10 mold steel has good quenching ability, small heat treatment deformation.

Wide use: SKD 10 die steel is suitable for the manufacture of mass production stamping die, shear knife, rubbing die, porcelain products, etc., but also for the manufacture of large complex cold die requiring high wear resistance, such as cold cutting scissors, edge cutting die, drawing die, rubbing board, thread rolling die, rolling die and cold punching die and punch requiring high wear resistance.
